These offerings are designed for teacher training candidates, movement professionals, and dedicated Pilates practitioners seeking expert instruction, practical support, and a deeper connection to the work.
Weekly Online Class Schedule:
Mat 2: Mondays @ 5:30 p.m. EST
Explore intermediate and advanced repertoire from the Balanced Body® Mat 2 curriculum. Build core control, refine transitions, and challenge your movement with precision.
Mat 1 & Movement Principles: Wednesdays @ 8:30 a.m. EST
Focus on foundational repertoire and the essential movement principles from Mat 1. Perfect for newer teachers, those returning to the fundamentals, or anyone refining technique and flow.
Can’t make it live? A recording will be available to all registered participants for 5 days after the class.

Coming in June: Neck Pull Progressions Workshop
Take your understanding of the Neck Pull to the next level with this deep dive into one of Mat 2’s most dynamic exercises. This workshop explores intelligent progressions, key cueing techniques, and practical strategies to support your clients as they build core strength, spinal articulation, and control. Ideal for trainees working through Mat 2 or looking to confidently teach this challenging movement. Participants will receive a lesson plan with key anatomical & cueing information.
