In participating in the services offered at Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC, I agree that I do so at my own risk. In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and equipment located at Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC and participating in online sessions and video rentals, I understand that Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC shall not be liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of a guest or member. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur while on the premises of Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC, or using its studio facilities and equipment, or participating in a virtual session or video rental, and I hereby fully and forever release, discharge and hold harmless Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC, its owners, employees, assigns, and members from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of actions, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting or arising out of my or a member being on Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC premises, virtual online space, or video rental, or my or a member's use or intended use of the facilities and equipment, on or about the premises, including virtual online space and video rental, of Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC.
I warrant, represent, and agree that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise that will be detrimental to health, safety, comfort, or physical condition if I do so engage or participate. If my health condition changes, I acknowledge that it is my obligation to take full responsibility for my health, wellbeing, and safety during any type of exercise, and avoid any exercises I have been advised by my physician not to do. I understand that I am not obliged to participate in any activity that I do not wish to do, and that it is my right to refuse such participation at any time.
MINORS POLICY
I understand that all minors under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult on Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC premises, including all studio locations, offsite venues, virtual spaces, and other locations of operations, and a liability waiver must be signed by the minor's guardian or caregiver on behalf of the minor. I understand that minors under the age of 13 are not permitted in any of Lauren's Vibe Pilates, LLC 's premises.
